BEFORE YOU TRIAL
- Download the Trial Organizers Pack. This document helps guide organizers in how to run a trial and answer any questions that may arise. The management committee are always available for further questions.
- Complete the online Trial Affiliation Application, so we have all the information we need to promote your trial.
- Pay the affiliation fee so your trial is covered by third-party and voluntary workers insurance.
- Email us your trial entry form, if you want entries in advance and we can post the form to our event calendar (We now have a standard entry form template you can use just ask the Secretary to email it to you).
- Download and print out all membership risk warning & Waiver forms (from here) to take to your trial.
- Only those trials where a completed and signed affiliation application and payment have been received by QYUTA prior to the commencement of the trial can be covered by QYUTA’s insurance.
AFTER YOUR TRIAL
- Complete and email us any signed Day Membership and Risk Warning & Waiver Forms PLUS send us any fees collected.
- Fill out the Trial Results Form to officially file the outcome of your trial with QYUTA.
